BoseRenew was founded by two individuals with a combined total of over 60 years in the electronics business. The owner, Sharpless Jones, used to be a Motorola products dealer in the Boston area. A couple of years ago, his former lead engineer came to him and said: "There is a need for someone to take care of out of warranty Bose equipment and I just happen to know how to refurbish it."
The rest is history.
